Refund Policy

PoisGoal sells pre-paid analytics credits funded by USDT. We refund what you have not yet used — the rules below are deliberately narrow and human-readable.

What is refundable

Unused credits on your wallet, as long as no day-pack / month-pass / tournament-pack has been activated using them. Refund amount = remaining wallet balance × (USD / credits conversion at the time of purchase). Top-up bonus credits are not refundable (they were not paid for).

Already-consumed credits and any unlock you have used (a day pack, month pass, World Cup pass, etc.) are non-refundable, even if you didn't end up viewing every match. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial use.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@poisgoal.com from the address on your account with: (1) the rough date of your top-up, (2) the wallet address you paid from. We process valid requests within 7 days back to your originating USDT TRC-20 address. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases — anyone who does is not us.

Window

Requests must arrive within 30 days of the top-up. Older requests can still be considered but aren't guaranteed.

Chargebacks and on-chain disputes

All payments are on-chain USDT TRC-20. There is no card chargeback path. If you believe a payment was fraudulent (your wallet was compromised) please contact us first — we'd rather refund directly than litigate.
