Refund Policy

Money-Back Guarantee

A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases of our single product: Pro monthly ($29.80).

To request a refund: (1) email refunds@poisgoal.com within 7 days of purchase, (2) include your order ID and an optional reason, (3) we respond within 24 hours, (4) refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, refunds are issued only if the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours, or if a material defect prevents you from accessing the product you purchased.

Repeat Purchases

The 7-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Subsequent purchases of the same product are non-refundable, but you retain access for the full term you paid for.

Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. Please reach out at refunds@poisgoal.com first — direct communication is the fastest path to a resolution.
