Terms of Service
PoisGoal is a sports statistical-data product. We publish statistical models, expected-goals projections, and historical accuracy data for football matches. We are not a wagering platform, do not accept stakes, do not facilitate financial speculation, and have no affiliation with any wagering operator.
What this service is
Statistical-data output: win/draw outcome probabilities, expected-goals distributions, half-time projections, institutional comparisons, and AI-generated pre-match briefings. These are derived from public match data via statistical methods (Poisson models with extensions). All outputs are presented for informational and research purposes only.
No profit guarantee
Our outputs are descriptive statistics, not directional recommendations. We do not advise on any course of action and do not guarantee any outcome if our data is used for speculation. Football matches are inherently uncertain. Past accuracy is not a guarantee of future accuracy.
Purchases and access
PoisGoal sells a single access product: PoisGoal Pro — monthly access to all 22 competitions for $29.80. Prices are displayed clearly in US dollars at /pricing before checkout, with tax included where applicable. Purchases grant the access window labeled at the time of sale and are subject to the refund policy at /refunds, including a 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchase.
Age and jurisdiction
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. PoisGoal is provided as-is and may not be appropriate or legal in every jurisdiction; you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Prohibited use
Don't: reverse-engineer the API beyond the rate limits, abuse the referral program (same-IP signups, mass account creation), scrape analytics output for resale without a written agreement, or use the service to facilitate wagering or financial speculation in jurisdictions where such activity is restricted.
Termination
We may close accounts that violate these terms. Active access periods on closed accounts may be refunded on a pro-rata basis per the refund policy at /refunds, unless the closure stems from fraud or chargeback abuse.
Changes
We update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
