Terms of Service
PoisGoal is a sports analytics product. We publish statistical models, expected-goals projections, and historical accuracy data for football matches. We do not facilitate, broker, or accept wagers, and we are not affiliated with any sportsbook.
What this service is
Analytics output: 1X2 outcome probabilities, expected-goals distributions, half-time projections, market consensus comparisons, and AI-generated pre-match briefings. These are derived from public match data via statistical methods (Dixon-Coles Poisson with extensions). All outputs are presented for informational purposes.
No profit guarantee
We do not advise on which side to back, and we do not guarantee that our probability estimates correspond to profitable outcomes if used for any form of speculation. Football matches are inherently uncertain. Past accuracy is not a guarantee of future accuracy.
Credits and unlocks
Credits are pre-paid units of access. They are: (a) not legal tender, (b) not transferable between accounts, (c) not exchangeable for cash except via the refund policy at /refunds, (d) not interest-bearing. Activated unlocks (day packs, month passes, tournament bundles) expire as labeled and are non-refundable once started.
Age and jurisdiction
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. PoisGoal is provided as-is and may not be appropriate or legal in every jurisdiction; you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Prohibited use
Don't: reverse-engineer the API beyond the rate limits, abuse the referral program (same-IP signups, mass account creation), scrape analytics output for resale, or use the service to facilitate gambling in jurisdictions where doing so is restricted.
Termination
We may close accounts that violate these terms. Any unspent credits remaining will be refunded per the refund policy unless the closure stems from fraud or chargeback abuse.
Changes
We update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
